Yoga for Your Life provides teachers and those who work with children with tools to renew themselves, manage daily stress, and improve overall performance. These simple exercises can be done in under 5 minutes in your own classroom; no special equipment or experience is necessary.

Yoga Exercises for Your ClassroomUsing your classroom, desk and chair, learn simple stretches to integrate into your teaching schedule that will release tension, relieve back pain, and renew your energy throughout the day. Classes feature adapted yoga stretches and breathing exercises that both relax and energize.

Meditation for Teachers and Students: These classes will feature several simple, basic meditation techniques that optimize mental and physical well-being by improving concentration and mental focus. 

Teachers' Stress Reduction Group Brown Bag Lunch (6-week series):
Each week participants will explore techniques that will help to manage day-to-day physical and emotional stress, including conscious breathing, visualization, and guided relaxation. Class materials include stressbusters, tips on minimizing and avoiding stress in daily life.
