Yoga for Your Life provides teachers and

manage daily stress, and improve overall performance. These simple
exercises can be done in under 5 minutes in your own classroom; no
special equipment or experience is necessary.

Meditation for Teachers and Students: These classes will feature several simple, basic meditation techniques that optimize mental and physical well-being by improving concentration and mental focus.
Each week participants will explore
techniques that will help to manage day-to-day physical and emotional
stress,
including conscious breathing, visualization, and guided relaxation. Class materials include stressbusters, tips
on minimizing and avoiding stress in daily life.
