Yoga for Your Office (Private or group sessions):  Using your desk and chair, learn simple and gentle ergonomic stretches that will release tension in hands, shoulders, arms, and lower back, and decrease on-the-job injuries.

Meditation for Productivity: These classes will feature several simple and effective meditation techniques that can be incorporated into the workday to improve concentration and focus, and to optimize decision-making ability and communication skills. 

Stress Reduction Group Brown Bag Lunch Series: Each week participants will explore techniques that will help to manage day-to-day physical and emotional stress, including conscious breathing, visualization, and guided relaxation. Class materials include stressbusters, tips on minimizing and avoiding stress in daily life.
